Charlotte O'Halloran of Saint Paul, MN has graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. O'Halloran earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

O'Halloran was one of nearly 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students who participated in the May 19, 2013 graduation ceremony at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.
